Adecco Italia Spa, Milano Contact Center, is looking for a Part-Time Data Analyst for a company based in Milan.
The resource will be included in the Administration & Accounting team and will provide its service to an important international client in the oil sector with the aim of managing different loyalty programs present in more European countries.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Extract, monitor and analyze data from various sources
Analyze root causes of issues detected and follow up on resolution with main stakeholders
Analyze Customer Care, app store, consumers or sites experience to look for trends
Use analytical skills to find correlation between different types of data
Reporting activities and presentations based on the analyzed data
Process improvement about data collection & data management
Support the team in other activities belonging to the administrative & accounting field
REQUIREMENTS
Desiderable previous experience in similar roles analyzing data
Education: Degree or Master Degree in Statistics or Business Administration
Excellent knowledge of MS Office package, essential MS Excel
Very good knowledge of oral and written English (min B2)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Precision, reliability, compliance with deadlines
Complete the profile: confidentiality, teamwork and proactivity
We offer a 6/12 month-contract, part time 4 hours a day, from 9 to 13
