We are looking for Junior HR Business Partner to join a prestigious client in the oil & gas sector.
As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will provide, within the assigned perimeter of responsibility, consultancy services on HR best practices.
Essential Responsibilities
Define Human Resources programs, aligning HR strategies with business strategies, streamlining and standardizing HR policies, practices and processes, and help develop the HR organization to be more effective in managing human capital;
Develops, manages, coordinates, and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities;
Provide a consultancy service in the area of HR policies and activities for line managers;
Conducts and coordinates multiple HR projects;
Supports personal and organizational change;
Coordinates employee's appraisal process;
Participates in designing and implementing training and development activities;
Coordinates ongoing relationships with external suppliers/actors to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Experience of study abroad;
Fluency in English.
Experience
2 - max 3 years in Plant or HR business Partner;
Strong communication ability.

Very good knowledge excel and Power Point
