Orienta S.p.A is seeking, for a pharmaceutical company dedicated to the development of high-level products and services for the care and support of the health of mother, child and more, a:
JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER
to join a company that continues to grow every year and has recently continued to recruit employees, with the intention of expanding its workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze the market trends, data and the competitive scenario in collaboration with R&D team;
New product launching plan include schedule, strategy, etc
Identify the product positioning and key messages to build the value proposition;
Search for the OEM companies, manage the price/production schedule negotiation
Correspondences between Coree including China and the production companies for the technical aspect & packaging;
Guarantee the new products development such as Probiotics, infant formula etc. and launches within the traditional and online channels, coordinating the cross-functional activities in collaboration with marketing team
Provide support for the product life cycle management;
Support the sales team with marketing activities (forecasting, budgeting, investments, sales & marketing guideline definition);
Provide communication materials to sales force and to healthcare professionals;
Propose and manage sponsorships at events and congresses (participation, KOL network, collaboration with the sales force);
Develop internal and external trainings in order to guarantee the right knowledge of the product application;
Essential requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, life science or similar
Proven experience within the food supplements/functional food and baby food category.
Minimum 3 years of previous Marketing experience in pharmaceutical /infant food field in similar role
Knowledge of marketing & sales fundamentals and techniques, including budgeting and forecasting principles
Strong communication and influence skills – clear, concise, and persuasive in style. Ability to build strong relationships with agency, cross-functional teams, vendors, KOLs
Fluency in English
Preferable knowledge of the dynamics of market & trends of the pharmaceutical field, including scenarios and competitive logics of the healthcare field
Proven experience with digital activities
Creativity, Strategic thinking, Planning and Prioritization, Problem Solving ability
