Main activities:
Responsible for providing strategic and operational legal counsel on a broad range of legal affairs including Commercial, litigation, competition law, anticorruption, regulatory, environmental and other legal matters.
Serve to all BU and function of Head Quarter.
Requirements:
Qualified lawyer
Attorney with 2 years in practice and experience in international law firms or as in-house legal counsel in industry
High level of English fluency
Experience of working in a dynamic and challenging commercial environment –including extensive supply, manufacturing, distribution, marketing, retail and consumer interactions as well as matters relating to product quality, liability and regulatory compliance. A demonstrable knowledge of balancing effectively; commercial imperatives, risk and compliance.
skills in providing strategic advice, including the ability to persuade and influence decision-making
? Pragmatic, solution-oriented attitude
? Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written);
? Self-motivated, hard-working, detail-minded, clear thinker, quick learner, team player and ability to work independently under pressure with minimum supervision

? Sound business acumen and commercial awareness and practically-oriented, ability to identify and resolve legal issues quickly and effectively, ability to provide solution-oriented legal advices

? Experience in international business and commercial transactions
