Adecco is looking for a Loyalty Specialist profile for a multinational in the consumer electronics sector.
Job purpose
Responsible for loyalty proposition management in terms of drive Sales to eStore, customer engagement, caring and self care, communication and life cycle management

Key responsibilities
He/she wil be responsible for
-Customer Base acquisition through a dedicated communication multichannel plan
-Increase engagement and activity rate through dedicated MKTG and engagement plan and community management
-Life cycle management from onboard, sustain and retention phase, focusing on consumer experience and content relevance, driving awareness on post purchase services
-Increase product registration to add value for customers
-APP and Web improvements and developments
-Sustain product launches and brand campaigns
-Sustain online sales through a dedicated plan, focusing on the funnel to maximize conversion rate
-Analyze traffic and insights in order to leverage on data to drive actions and new MKTG activities

Requirements

• Ability to leverage engagement do drive and increase customer loyalty
• Marketing experience to manage contents and to drive Sales
• knowledge and understanding of consumer journey
• Analytical skills to understand insights and drive business decisions
• Able to work in a complex enviroment and able to adapt to background changes and objectives
• Customer focused and objectives oriented
• Familiar with GDPR principles
• Project management skills to manage cross division activities
• Fluent in English
• Educational Background : Master degree with CRM specialization
• Communication – clear and concise, influential, ability to explain at all levels
• Flexible, resilient and diligent. Proactive

We offer a fixed-term contract of 6 initial months
