MARKETING MANAGER FARMACEUTICO
A Multinational Pharmaceutical Company is looking for a Marketing Manager based in Milan.


Main Responsibilities:

• Propose to the Marketing Director the brand plan of his / her area of expertise and a detailed marketing plan with specific focus on the positioning of the brands managed and on the communication strategy;
• Develop a medium term strategic plan for the development of the franchise and the enhancement of brand equity for the competent brands;
• Define the marketing plan and communication models for Cycle / Canvass by interacting with the Sales Department (Rx Channel and Pharmacies), Trade Management and with the Medical Affairs Department;
• Develop a plan to launch new products by assessing opportunities for possible portfolio extensions;
• Propose commercial policies and promotional strategies related to the competing brands;
• Define and monitor media planning, considering the product target and sales objectives, ensuring the effectiveness and impact of the advertising and promotional actions implemented and proposing possible corrective actions to achieve the planned results for the managed area;
• Ensure the market analysis and the development of trends and competitiveness related to the brands entrusted by verifying the collection and interpretation of market insight and proposing actions also through the study and understanding of consumer needs and their spending habits;
• Ensure a periodic check on the development of the brands entrusted in terms of results
(turnover, volumes, market shares), investments and costs for the brand;
• Contribute to the allocation of marketing costs and their monitoring;
• Guide the Affiliates / external partners in the development of marketing plans and supervise their implementation in accordance with brand strategies;
• Create and maintain a positive interaction with Opinion Leaders and scientific associations of reference;
• Support the Field Force during Area / Cycle / Canvass meetings in order to ensure effective communication of brand strategies, and key marketing activities related to the promotion and sale of managed brands;
• Ensure the correct implementation of the reference procedures Manage and supervise the team guiding it through a continuous coordination activity towards the corporate objective and the managed area.

Ability to work under pressure, to multi-task and handle multiple priorities;
Available to travel (occasionally).

Contract: Employed directly by the company.
