As Digital & Technologies team, we are currently recruiting a Marketing & Sales Assistant for the Italian unit of a prestigious global Company, leader in the IT Industry.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Confirm if creatives and marketing plans are aligned with the Marketing Guidebook, following up on execution
- Verify if activities are in place in the agreed dates
- PO Management: PO creation; ensure POEs are correct and compliant before approving them; ensure Invoices are uploaded & payment follow-up; full knowledge & understanding of marketing guidelines and compliance; contracts; full knowledge of CAT tool for contract creation; SIA investment Exhibits
- Business Reviews Preparation and Summary
- Outlook/Forecast/Budget process owner & files maintenance
- Business analysis for specific product lines
- Understanding of how Prowins, co-op and other incentives work
- Support partners with incentives and portals clarifications/escalations
- Support in the Marketing Plan Execution
- Verify Purchase Orders are raised and completed to ensure compliance
What we are looking for in you:
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexible, empathetic, precise, accurate and curious attitude
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to comprehend/follow complex processes, detail oriented
- Highly structured and follow-up capabilities, results-focused attitude to resolve lengthy escalations
- Initiative taking to proactive complete tasks/improve processes that fall under their scope of responsibilities
- Prior experience in a multinational company
- Familiarity with navigating complex organizational structure and processes
