For a medical device company with the Italian Affiliate based in north Milan, we are looking for a fresh graduate in Biomedical Engineering or similar
Full time, office-based, temporary assignment for 6 month
Responsabilità
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Support the maintenance of the Quality Manual, GxP SOPs, working practice in accordance to Mylan Quality Policies;
support GMP Training of personnel carrying out GxP activities
support complaints of Viatris products, updating it according to new and further information, review of the relative investigations and response letters investigations, CAPAs on the system till closure
support info requests of Viatris products
support hospital tenders for quality data request
Perform registration of the investigations, CAPAs, deviations, Change Control in Electronic System
Support and organize APQR/PQR collection and revision of local and group products: requesting to the supplier, review, checking with the supplier for additional info if needed.
Collect and support review of stability data according to Supply Agreements
Perform any other duties as assigned
Functie-eisen
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree preferably in Scientific Field (or equivalent)
Must possess knowledge of Quality Assurance and a good knowledge of Pharmaceutical Market
Must possess analytics and decision-making ability, speed and autonomy in working. Teamwork and cooperation, mainly with the Sales and Marketing Dept. Good relationship and networking; ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis
Management of complexity and ability to give the right priority
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
