TALENT Tree is looking for a qualified profile to join a Milan
based company leader in Online Marketing
as a: New Business Developer (Legally protected status - Legge 68/99) The candidate
will be in charge of following activities: Developing, coordinating and growing
profitable sales of B2B clients/brands; Pushing to
execute a successful online marketing strategy with clients; Selling products
and marketing portfolio using effective presentations; Preparation and
creation of proposals as well as conducting negotiations; Development of
forecasts and potential analyses; Documentation of
sales activities in our CRM system; Collaboration
with the Account Management/Advertiser Sales and Sales Operations for programme
set ups. To be successful in the role the candidate will need : Education:
Bachelor Degree or similar education; Previous
professional experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a proactive sales
environment inside on-line marketing industry/on-line services, telesales or
face to face sales experience; Computer skills:
MS Office excellent knowledge; Languages:
Fluent english (level C1- C2). Legally
protected status (Legge 68/99) is mandatory Additional skills : Sales consulting
approach & customer focus; Communication
and interaction skills; Team Working; Creative
attitude to bring in new ideas to push the development of the team's sales
activities Analytical
skills to translate business needs into actions; Excellent time
management and prioritization skills; Stress resistance. Location :
