We are looking for an active asset manager company with a global approach, an Operation Admin Assistant for a maternity replacement.
The candidate will mainly deal with:
AM Sales support:
Provides support in executing business’ contracts negotiating directly with legals and clients;
Reviews AM and Corporate Communication according to group and local regulations;
Reviews SICAV legal doc distribution and deposits, KIID and subscription modules distributions, interfacing with clients and Local Paying Agents;
Maintains and controls Client’s documentation granting compliance to local law and Group policies in coordination with client structures.
Portfolio Management support:
Coordinates new Counterparties set up for transaction activities, new agreements set up for Institutional mandates PM, interfacing with legals, brokers, depository banks and clients;
Monitors post trade activities, derivative margins (EMIR) and FX forward controls and settlement;
Monitors prices controls and specific client report;
Check reconciliations of cash and deposit accounts and support the activities with the outsourcing partners in order to solve possible issues;
Daily supports and interfaces with depositary bank, administrative outsourcer and general settlement activities.
Support clients in case of any potential investigations.
The Successful Applicant
Good written and spoken skills in English and Italian;
Past studying experience in business and financial fields;
Ability to assess customer needs;
Ability to work to deadlines with proven time management skills;
