Pega - The Proposal
This proposal gives an opportunity to acquire technical and project management skills based on the Pega platform, and start working with highly sophisticated and reputable customers to design and build device independent components of enterprise applications that help solve their business challenges.
You will be part of a team from the beginning of your educational path, also relying and leveraging on mentoring and support by skilled professionals and, subsequently, to participate in an actual customer project analysis and deployment, once you achieve a first certification degree as Pega Certified System Architect.
Startup plan:
- online training provided through the Pega Academy portal with access to local mentoring, including Test preparation and first attempt: 4-5 weeks
- mentored training on the job: 4 weeks
- mentored participation in actual customer projects: 4 weeks
Within the above timeframe, up to 2 additional certification attempts will be carried on, when needed.
In the Pega CSA role, You will
o Gradually develop a capability to provide consultative guidance to the customer on all project assignments, according to the pace of growth of your skills/experience.
o Partner with both the client and the internal business / technical team to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project, from participating in the requirements, design and build phases; delivering high-quality deliverables, through to user acceptance testing.
o Demonstrate your commitment to and enthusiasm for customer success by ensuring that the delivered product is fully functioning, performs to business requirements defined and approved by the client, and meets or exceeds expectations.

The Person
You are highly technical, hands-on, motivated and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT professionals in customer organizations on all phases of the software development life cycle.
You possess a high level of knowledge of enterprise business processes and (possibly) a fair understanding on the CRM offering landscape.
You are looking for a professional (re)qualification to complement your current skills while leveraging your previous business experience, in order to play a relevant role and widen your expertise in an innovative, worldwide established, enterprise oriented and fast growing software environment, while, at the same time, widely extending your employment opportunities.
Qualifications will include
o Bachelor's / High School degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering and/or medium / long term ICT software related experience
o Excellent project management and business processes analysis skills
o Very good time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
o Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner and collaborate
o Exposure to a variety to technologies, including object-oriented techniques/principles, database design, application & web servers
