NH HOTEL GROUP is currently recruiting a PR & Communication Agent for nhow hotel in Milan

What will be your job?

In the role as PR & Communication Agent for nhow hotel Milan, your focus will be to further develop the brand nhow in Milan. nhow is our premium design hotel brand which serves even the most demanding needs of business and leisure travelers. The promise of our brand is to make guests "elevate your stay" by surprising them and exceeding their expectations.

Riporting to nhow's GM s/he will be responsible for:
Managing and positioning the brand nhow in Milan, according to the brand pillars
Creation of an annual nhow marketing plan for the hotel
Development and execution of communication activities, based on need, market and competitive set to position the brand within the target group
Implementation and follow-up of corporate identity standards in communication materials
Development and implementation of gastronomic concepts and actions which drive brand and revenue
Creative copyrighting for texts, storytelling, videos which can support an effective communication, both inside (for hotel's guests) and outside the hotel (for consumers, media, influencers, etc)
Close exchange and negotiations with relevant agencies linked to the hotels, brand or relevant F&B projects
Close exchange with the nhow hotels in the world and the headquarters in Madrid, as well as all internal departments
Managing the 2 social media accounts related to nhow Milano, Facebook and Instagram (content creation, customer management, support on developing creative ideas and digital activities, influencers engagement, etc) in accordance with the local Communication department guidance

The job requirements:
Successfully finished studies within the field of Economics, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or similar and preferably with a focus in Marketing
At least 4 years of experience within a similar position in the tourism and hospitality industry or similar luxury segment
Experience in media campaigns, development and coordination of campaigns and graphic materials
Strong knowledge of brands for the creation of the marketing and communication mix
Profound knowledge of social media activities and influencer marketing
Creative, analytical and structured work approach
Very strong MS-Office, Adobe Creative Suite and overall computer knowledge, preferably experience with SAP (MM)
Fluent in English
