With the goal to strengthen the company, we are looking for a Senior Product Specialist, to be included in the Investment Team located in Ireland, available to perform a flexible job on the Ireland / Italy axis.
Main Tasks:
- Detect technical information from the investment team and turn them into understandable, clear, appealing information and incentives for the sales force (family bankers).
- Develop and increase, through support programs, the relationship with the sales force and the knowledge of the Asset Management products.
- Preparation of communication material related to financial products using all possible communication channels: online, publications, videos, webinars, workshops, roadshops.
- Coordinate and direct the input of the various internal stakeholders, in particular those coming from investment management, and product development, but also external ones that come from the field through the sales force.
- Support sales force in product distribution, customer support initiatives, performance and performance monitoring in order to achieve business targets.
We require a previous experience between five and seven years in banking, insurance or afferent, a solid management competence (effective relationality, sense of duty, approach oriented to achieve goals and results), as well as a proven knowledge of focused selling methodologies on retail products.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Finance and / or CFA
- 5-7 years experience as Portfolio Manager / Product Specialist / Investment Communication Specialist / Client Servicing / Analyst
- Fluent Italian and English (both written and spoken)
- Availability to travel
