Production Engineer// E-Novia

Activities:

• Manage production process of e-Novia’s companies, initially under the supervision of the production manager, then independently;

• Support e-Novia’s companies in writing project documentation;

• Plan and oversee the supply chain;

• Search, contact, follow and support suppliers in third party manufacturing;

• Follow product certification process;

• Develop and implement quality control measures;

• Train start-up personnel on production matters.

Technical and ICT skills:

• Master's degree in engineering;

• Electronic and / or mechanical design skills;

• Experience in manufacturing operations is preferred. Experience in the field of third-party manufacturing is a plus;

Other skills and characteristics:

• Fluent English

• Detail-oriented and efficient;

• Ability to effectively lead and direct employees;

•Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving;

• Good organizational and time-management abilities;

• Availability to travel in Italy and worldwide depending on business needs
