As Production Engineer you will be part of our production engineering team and you will actively participate to the design, development and deployment of advanced software products and platforms based on cutting edge technologies. Your work will be a mixed balance between design and development activities, working side by side with enthusiast people and in strict contact with a multidisciplinary team. We look for strongly motivated people with the desire to learn by doing, experiment and build products and solution from the ground up. In e-Novia we do not impose any limit to the creativity and proactivity in the choice and application of new technologies.
Activities:
Manage production process of e-Novia’s companies, initially under the supervision of the production manager, then independently
Support e-Novia’s companies in writing project documentation
Plan and oversee the supply chain
Search, contact, follow and support suppliers in third party manufacturing
Follow product certification process
Develop and implement quality control measures
Train start-up personnel on production matters
Technical and ICT skills:
Master's degree in engineering
Electronic and / or mechanical design skills
Experience in manufacturing operations is preferred. Experience in the field of third-party manufacturing is a plus
Other skills and characteristics:
Fluent English
Detail-oriented and efficient
Ability to effectively lead and direct employees
Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Availability to travel in Italy and worldwide depending on business needs
