The Candidate will join the e-Novia Project Management Team and will be responsible for highly innovative customer projects and monitoring of project goals regarding deadlines, costs and quality.
The ultimate role goal is to ensure that all the projects managed are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget ensuring resource availability and allocation.
Activities and responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for personnel deployment and leadership of the project team (resource planning)
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Control of technical issues in cooperation with the other Teams involved in the project
Design and compliance of processes for serial production-ready products
Ensuring specifications and ensuring consistent project documentation
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
following up the company KPI's.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Continuous reporting to the management
Technical skills and personal characteristics:
Master Degree in Engineering and ideally an additional business education
Several years of experience in project management in Consultancy realities
Very good knowledge of typical project process flows
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Microsoft Project and Autocad and the ability to use sharing platforms like Sharepoint and others.
A proactive way of working and a service vocation
Strong organization skills and pragmatism
Self-sufficiency and a strong sense of responsibility
An innovative and creative mindset
Solid personality, high resilience, bargaining skills, customer and solution-oriented action
Availability to travel in Italy and abroad
Fluency in English
