Consultant Adecco Technical & Engineering, on behalf of a leading company in the renewable energy sector, is looking for:
an experienced Project Manager solar/e-mobility to deliver solutions in the SME
market, principally focusing on roof PV plants.
He/she will principally:
- Complete site surveys defining solutions cost assessment
- Deliver PV and e-mob solutions according to contract signed by sales colleagues or Agencies
- Lead the project team members (engineering, procurement, contract management, support
function…);
- Manage the complete construction of PV Solar plant or e-mob charging point (LV-MV)
- Guarantee planned delivery timeline and costs
- Assist, support and go with sales team in the most complex negotiations
- Help to seek and find new installer partner to increase SME delivery platform
- Project Reporting to assess assigned targets achievement
- Final solution commissioning and customer billing
Requirements:
- Technical background, Master's degree in electrical or energetic engineering is a plus;
- 1-2 years of experience in energy efficiency solution project management;
- Organizational and time management skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Creative problem solving for critical projects/ on site crisis situations;
- Autonomous worker and team player.
- Good level of English, both written and spoken, a plus
Workplace: Milan
Direct placement with the Company, RAL commensurate with seniority.
