For a multinational industrial company we are looking for a RDC PreSales Specialist.
Reporting to the RDC Parts & Service Manager
Overall Objectives
- Guarantee the execution of the Pre-Sales activities (if a local resource is not available)
- Guarantee technical support in the Pre-Sales activities (if a local resource is available)
Activities/Tasks
- Evaluation of market request for Heating, Water heating, Heat pumps and Solar system installation in complex structures (i.e. Buildings, Hospitals, Schools, Restaurants...)
- Feasibility analysis in conjunction with local Area Manager and customer
- Project execution if a local resource is not available
- Technical support if a local resource is not available
- Project revision based on customer feedback and legal legislations/implications
- Definition of corporate guidelines for RDC countries
- Defines and controls Pre-Sales KPIs
- Keeps the Regional team constantly informed of technical changes and resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner
- Shares best practices among the Regions
- Holds regular status meetings with RDC counterpart
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase the core business
- Prepares effective and well-organized presentations
Basic Requirements:
Education: Engineering Degree, Preferable Thermohydraulic
Seniority: About 5 years
Previous Experiences: Pre-Sales, After Sales and Technical Department
English fluent
Availability to frequent business trips
