Retail Leasing Junior Consultant / High Street Negotiator
The Retail experts help the domestic and international clients, both Landlords and tenants, identify and align strategic business, financial, and operational objectives with real estate requirements.
As a Junior Consultant, your objective is to assist domestic and international clients in retail leasing transactions in the Italian market, from prospection to final contract signature. To fulfil this goal, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the Italian retail high streets and develop a true passion for this sector, fixing your knowledge of retail brands and exploring new segments and trends. You will report to the Head of Retail and be closely coached by the Retail High Street Agency department, working in a team with different expertise and backgrounds. You will also co-operate with a wider group of retail experts distributed in other countries and in the cross-border retail department adding value to the international network.


Responsabilità:

• You will proactively call and visit prospective clients in order to identify potential new opportunities• You will become familiar with High Streets of main Italian cities and relevant rental values• You will guide retail tenants in their search for new locations, entering new markets or expanding their retail chains• You will assist institutional and private Landlords in leasing or selling their retail assets (in co-operation with Capital Markets department)• You will gain understanding of our commercial and Marketing strategy• You will prepare client presentations, reports and other documents necessary to assist our clients• You will support in all negotiation and transaction phases until the closing of the deal• You will help update internal databases with collected data, when necessary• You will help improving clients' loyalty and retention strategies, when necessaryRequirements and skills• Good academic background with international experiences• 1-3 years' experience in a commercial role• Fluency in English and Italian is imperative to be considered for the role• Excellent communication skills and strong relationship building skills• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize efficientlyOffering_ Permanent Contract.
