We are currently recruiting, for the Italian unit of a prestigious global Company, leader in the IT Industry (web search engine, mail provider, web services, hardware products ecc.), based in Milan, a:

Retail Marketing Manager Hardware

Within the Italian Marketing team, you will be working on introducing new devices to users in Italy including the coordination of retail & channel marketing activities, building long term relationships with partners and customers and driving the device category growth. This is a cross-functional and international role: you will be working closely with the Central Retail Marketing teams, partnerships, Sales and PR teams.

Responsibilities:
Drive the retail marketing strategy for specific portfolio in the market, working closely with brand & product lead to ensure brand consistency execution in retail & carrier channels.
Lead shopper & partner insights analysis to inform retail marketing strategy
Drive new retail channel expansion as well as strengthen current ones. Define and execute retail marketing efforts for specific portfolio across retail & carrier channels, including owning marketing budgets for related retail programs, campaigns and launches.
Develop retail marketing programs with channel mix to drive maximum product awareness, consideration and sales (consumer promos, PR events, POS brand presence)
Act as the voice of authority and key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Work with the local cross-functional team (sales, product, PR) as well as EMEA marketing teams to define and refine retail marketing initiatives and coordinate across the market

Requirements:
- BA or BS Degree
- 6 to 9 years of consumer, retail and partner marketing
- Bilingual Italian and English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade marketing experience in FMCG/Consumer products industry
- Experience with go to market of consumer electronics products, including retail & carrier management
- Expert in managing agency partners and developing best in class creative
- Excellent relationship building capabilities
- Excellent project management skills, with ability to track multiple simultaneous projects/deliverables
- Comfortable presenting to audiences of senior decision makers
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
