Consultant Technical & Engineering Milano City, for an important Italian company operating in the industrial automation sector, is looking for a



?Robotic SW Engineer



The resource included in the technical office will deal with software development, testing and start-up of robotic islands in the industrial sector (steel plants, handling in critical environments).



Responsibility:



• Define the software architecture of the manipulator robot (functions, trajectories, interface with devices and with the island supervision PLC, man-machine interface, safety devices)

• Create the robot manipulator software

• Test the complete functionality of the robotic island

• Put the robot into service at the customer



The ideal candidate has the following requirements:



• Knowledge of the operating principles of industrial robots (coordinate systems, types of trajectories)

• In-depth knowledge of the development environments and programming languages ??of the main manufacturers of industrial robots (Kuka, ABB, Fanuc, Keba ...)

• Knowledge of the fundamentals of programming in industrial automation

• Practical ability to start the robot safely at the customer (preliminary tests, taking points, integration with pre-existing supervision systems)

• At least five years of experience in industrial robotics, as a developer and / or as a starter

• Availability for short trips and knowledge of English
