We are looking for a Junior Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong client relationship while successfully delivering our Connexia Cloud Solutions: WebEx and G-Suite.
Duties and responsibilities:
New business development
Clients development and management
Responsible to keep its own sales funnel constantly full of opportunities, created through phone and mails
Responsible to keep its backlog of secured orders full to achieve targets
Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements within the agency policy
Identify and develop new opportunities within existing clients to achieve our objective of developing full-service offering
Understand client’s needs, difficulties and opportunities
Take commercial responsibility for client financial arrangements (negotiate contracts, arrange payments structure etc)
Responsible to prepare offers and provide signed copies of contracts with all the information requested to be uploaded in the administration management software
Insert billing orders into the administration management software
Responsible to inform the internal admin and control team of any changes in revenues or payment terms
Manage billings and payments to agreed contract terms
Skills required:
1/2 years of experience in the role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
Attitude:
Curious, dynamic, enthusiastic and resourceful
Goal oriented
Problem solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and also within a team environment
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
