Sales Manager API Intermediates
A major Multinational Trading Pharmaceutical Company is looking for an Import Manager API Intermediates Pharmaceuticals, APIs, CMO products especially focused on the European market. Reporting to GM and Deputy GM of Department.
Scope of work
The candidate will be in charge of sales of chemical intermediates and APIs to the pharmaceutical industry and API producers. He/She will be assigned an existing portfolio of products and clients, while it will be his/her task to develop new clients and new products to further expand the business of the company. Accordingly the candidate should have experience and multiple contracts in our industry. He/She will directly manage and negotiate with the suplliers for the products and services which the company offers to the market, in collaboration with the world-wide colleagues.
Working Location:
• Milan;
• He/she should communicate very closely with GM, Deputy GM and other relevant colleagues.
Capability and Experiences:
• 3/4 years in Commercial positions (Sales or Business Development) of chemicals/API intermediates producers or distributors/traders/agents towards the European countries;
• Connections with relevant contact persons in the industry, including but not limited to Purchasers and Researchers of Pharma companies or API producers;
• A technical background with degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, chemistry, Biochemistry or similar ones will be a matter of preference;
• Candidate shall be available for traveling: this will include mainly Europe but may also include any other destination in the world.
Language:
• Fluent in English. Other languages will be matter of preference.
Salary:
• To be determined later based on candidate's qualifications/experiences and current salary.
