Sales Operation Analyst
Purpose
The Sales Operation Analyst in a sales role that supports our Account Team in translating customer software requirements into licensing solutions. Success in the role includes increasing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
-Build internal and partner support for commercial details; manage key stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
-Innovative solutions maximize licensing opportunities associated with annuity initiatives
-Consult with Sales Teams and Sales Management on key stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
-Continuous business learning and professional growth.
Who are we looking for?
-University or college graduate degree (Bachelor or Master degree)
-Previous work experience 1-3 years
-Positive attitude and passion for working with customers and partners
-Very good analytical and presentation skills
-Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
-Tenacious, result-oriented and committed to continuous learning
-Teamplayer with ability to work independently
-Ability to strategic and critical thinking
-Great communication skills in English and Italian required
We offer a fixed term contract (end of June 2021) with possible extension.
