We are currently recruiting, for the Italian unit of a prestigious global Company, leader in the IT Industry (web search engine, mail provider, web services, hardware products ecc.), based in Milan, a:

Sales Operations Analyst

Purpose
The Sales Operations Analyst is a sales role that supports our Account Team in translating customer software requirements into licensing solutions. Success in the role includes increasing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Build internal and partner support for commercial details; manage key stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
· Innovative solutions that maximize licensing opportunities associated with annuity initiatives
· Consult with Sales Teams and Sales Management on key licensing strategies and opportunities
· Continuous business learning and professional growth
Who are we looking for?
· University or college graduate degree (Bachelor or Master degree)
· Previous work experience 1-3 years
· Positive attitude and passion for working with customers and partners
· Very good analytical and presentation skills
· Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
· Tenacious, result-oriented, and committed to continuous learning
· Teamplayer with ability to work independently
· Ability to strategic and critical thinking
· Great communication skills in English and Italian required

We offer fixed term contract (end of June) with possible extension.
