Tree  is looking for a qualified profile to join a Milan
based company leader in Digital Marketing as an:

 

Sales Operations Manager



 

The candidate will be in charge
of following activities:

Billing
procedures and Credit collection activities

Controlling
and analysis on Advertisers account balances using internal KPI file

Relationship
with Account Receivable for any issue concerning payments from Clients and Agencies

Costs
Planning Management

Office
and staff related tasks: expenses notes, stationery management, hotel bookings

HR
support for payroll Workflow (presence, holidays and illness employees) with
local accountant.

To be successful in the role the
candidate will need:

Education:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Law or Commercial education

Previous
professional experience: experience in a commercial sector or finance department

Computer
skills: excellent knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint; good knowledge in
e-commerce environment and Digital field.

Languages:
Fluent English (level C1- C2)

Legally
protected status (Legge 68/99) is mandatory
