TALENTTree is looking for a qualified profile to join a Milanbased company leader in Digital Marketing as an:


Sales Operations Manager


The candidate will be in chargeof following activities:

Billingprocedures and Credit collection activities

Controllingand analysis on Advertisers account balances using internal KPI file

Relationshipwith Account Receivable for any issue concerning payments from Clients and Agencies

CostsPlanning Management

Officeand staff related tasks: expenses notes, stationery management, hotel bookings

HRsupport for payroll Workflow (presence, holidays and illness employees) withlocal accountant.

To be successful in the role thecandidate will need:

Education:Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Law or Commercial education

Previousprofessional experience: experience in a commercial sector or finance department

Computerskills: excellent knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint; good knowledge ine-commerce environment and Digital field.

Languages:Fluent English (level C1- C2)

Legallyprotected status (Legge 68/99) is mandatory

Additional skills:

Havingan effective service attitude;

Teamworking with the ability to collaborate with the internal stakeholders andbuild-up reliable connections;

Goodcommunication skills;

Proactiveapproach to task;

Solidtime management and prioritization skills


Willingnessto learn and acquire new skills.
