Main responsabilities:
-Contracts Operational Management
-Tenders orchestration
-Support Pre-Post Contract validation
-Support Billing, Credit&Rebill activities
-Support T-minus process (Contract renew lifecycle)
-Administrative tasks

Requirements:
• +3 years related experience.
• Strong analytical skills
• Superior communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to structure complex topics/situations and build frameworks to deal with them.
• History of driving rigor and sales discipline
• Experience within Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Business Planning, Program Management and/or Finance
• Focus on providing permanent process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome.
• Delivery of end-to-end data analysis & “light ups” actionable strategic insights
• Innovate to deliver standards which enable speed, efficiency and scale in the business.
• Deep knowledge on business processes, sales operations & programs, and execution
• Familiar with financials, pipeline, scorecards, and other relevant business performance measurements
• Bachelor’s degree required and/or experience in relevant fields, eg business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance.
• Fluent both in Italian and English
We offer a supply contract, with initial 4 months duration and further extensions.
