Adecco Italy Spa, for a prestigious client based in Milan, is looking for a Senior Recruiter/ HR Officer.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Be an active member on the Italian office's recruitment team and support in full lifecycle recruiting, such as researching, sourcing, talent mapping, reporting, and interviewing and candidate management
Act as a recruitment partner to the business, build and manage excellent internal and external partnerships
Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends
Provide support on developing innovative hiring solutions, leverage data to support strategic hiring decisions
Create a positive and seamless interview experience for both candidates and hiring managers
Key requirements:
Degree holder in any discipline
5 years+ recruitment experience, preferably from a fast paced, dynamic environment (ideally experience with fashion related jobs in design, production and back office)
Good command in spoken and written English and Italian
Sound knowledge of local employment laws, organizational structures, and salary trends
Ability to multitask, detail oriented and organized
Love meeting people and is an excellent team player
We offer initial fixed-term contract of one year directly our client company. Level and Salary based on the experience.
