Site Manager

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Manage the operational activity of the technical area;
Monitor the activity, optimize the management, guaranteeing a correct service supply in all the sites;
Coordinate the technical design office, the on-site technical staff, manage the progress of the work with a view to optimizing timing and costing;
Check and improve efficiency in the area of assigned processes;
Manage technical teams: hiring, coordinating and motivating;
Organize and monitor the progress of work;
Ensure the achievement of operating and financial results.

 Job Profile:
Degree in Construction Engineering or Civil or Plant Engineering;
Consolidated experience in the minimum 10-year role;
Ability and habit in managing medium and large construction sites;
Strong predisposition and habit to the management and organization of personnel, both direct and of sub-contractor companies;
Motivation and determination, maturity, strong spirit of initiative / proactivity;
Appreciated the knowledge of the French language.
