Randstad Italia SpA - Division Inhouse Services is looking for an enthusiastic Spare Parts Specialist.
Our Client is a great telco company.
The Spare Parts Specialist will work in the Customer Service Department of the company Consumer Business Group and will be responsible of guaranteeing the proper management of spare parts supply to the company authorized service centers, in charge of the repair of devices to final consumers.
Job location: Milan
- Coordinate with Customer Service suppliers about spare parts applying, returning, and stocktaking;
- Coordinate with Customer Service suppliers and warehouse about spare part provision planning (shortage, replacement etc.).
- Coordinate with Customer Service suppliers and warehouse about spare part return discrepancy.
- Support Customer Service suppliers in registering orders and/or issues on the company service systems, clarifying related regulations.
- Knowledge and understanding of customer care.
- Knowledge of general after sales service process flow
- Fluent knowledge of Italian, English and Chinese is mandatory
- Strong willingness to learn and challenge him/herself to pursue personal growth
- Strong inclination towards team working;
- Strong initiative spirit – Be leader, not follower
- Ability to think independently
- Good skills in communication, listening and expressing, maintain good relationship with all customers
