Job Description:
Identify and contact potential customers and clients based on Linkedin, business directories, leads and referrals from existing customers, visitors to trade shows and conferences.
· Visit customers and potential customers.
· Discuss business, product or service needs with new and current customers.
· Describe features, technical specifications, and uses of products or services.
· Present and negotiate price, credit and other sales or service agreement terms and conditions.
· Answer customer questions about availability, delivery schedules, warranties and servicing of products.
· Identify, contact and manage relationships with providers.
· Ensure scheduled or proper delivery of products and services.
· Business Developer will be based at Milano Teleport
Skills and Qualifications
· Fluent English and Italian
· Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
· Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
· Confidence and strong self-assuredness
· Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a service to potential customers
· Willingness to travel to meet customers.
