Adecco Italia Spa is hiring 3 Supply Chain Analysts, for a prestigious project in Transportation/Control Tower:
• Transport Analyst (System Maintenance & Track&Tracer)
• Transport Planner Analyst (Planner & Inbound Supplier)
• Invoicing Analyst (Bill Audit)
The candidates we are looking for will have these roles and responsabilities
- Operating Delivery: Run the delivery for top tier client in the supply chain area
- Deal with multiple stakeholders: Delivery leads, account management for service delivery, Freight Forwarders and Client Warehouse Leads.
- Support lead and managers in manage relationships with client stakeholders: Build client shareable material for holding discussions on analytical insights.
Specifically:
Transport Analyst:
Transportation Track and Trace Management
Transport Planner Analyst:
Demand Planning
Warranty Management
Transportation Planning & Execution
Inventory management
Invoicing Analyst:
Self-billing creation
Invoicing Analysis
Billing discrepancies resolution
Skills required:
Good verbal and written communication, client management skills, Service performance oriented and problem solving ability
Preferable 1-2 years of experience across Industry, Consulting or Outsourcing organizations
Languages Required (Italian, English)
Invoicing Knowledge and use to deal with Transportation Costs & Invoices
Candidates with an experience in data analytics would be preferred
Candidates with a few years of Operational Activities experience in the industry or in an analytics organization are preferred
Global Transportation experience will be an advantage
Experience in advanced Freight Forwarders Environment will be an added advantage
Experience in advanced planning tools such as OTM will be an added advantage
Additional European Languages would be valued
University Degree /Master from Top Tier Institutes
Location: Milano
We offer a contract of 6 months ( +extension) part time 6 hours (2 days off):
From Monday to Friday 16.00 – 00.00
