Adecco Credit & Banking is hiring for a Corporate and Investment Bank


The candidate will be required to:

• Carry out general secretarial tasks for two teams and the Heads of the team (management of the agenda, screen telephone calls, ensuring documentation for conference call and meeting is ready and available on time, general support on various tasks, when needed)
• Support the organization of meetings, conference calls with clients and meetings
• Support in the organization of client events, management presentations and any other business related events
• Ensuring HO requests for internal files are fulfilled in due times
• Fulfill administrative work on deals follow-up, supporting the team in sending required documents to banks or to internal departments
• Give general support with requests from others departments
• IT requests
• Coordinate webex facility/room bookings when necessary for all calls/meetings
• Enter attendance / absences / justifications on Gerip tool
• Organize business trips (flights, trains, hotel arrangements, logistics) and preparing travel expenses, ensuring the relevant policy is followed, for all the team members
• Help other Assistants where necessary

We offer a fixed term contract of 3+3 months, that can be extended. CCNL Credito 31K
