TALENT Tree is looking for a qualified profile to join a Milan
based company leader in Digital Marketing as a: Technical
Consultant (Candidates with
legally protected status - Legge 68/99) The candidate will be
responsible for: Providing assistance and technical support via email, phone and ticketing
system to colleagues, publishers and advertisers that are experiencing issues; Implemention of new advertiser programmes and campaigns; Fixing errors for the client tracking tag implementation and propose solutions; Point of contact regarding technical issues for Account Managers; To be successful in the role the candidate will need: Education: BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Previous professional experience: ideally equivalent experience within
performance marketing or a web hosting, eCommerce or Digital Agency. IT skills: web languages such as HTML and Javascript, basic knowledge
of one programming language (Java, PHP, Ruby...)Languages: Fluent English Legally protected
status (Legge 68/99) is mandatory Additional skills: Analytical skills; Troubleshooting skills; Strong customer focus and service attitude; Team working with the ability to collaborate with the internal stakeholders
