Temporary Finance Customer Services specialist

I'm looking for a Temporary Finance Customer Services specialist, for a pharma industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products
- Insert orders, Issue and send invoices/credit memos to the customers
- Interact with logistic provider to monitor logistic activities and stock control.
- Checks and approvals of invoices and credit notes;
- Support Finance & Administration department to organize documents for internal and external audits.
- Support Customer service manager to organize documents for monthly SOX verifications
- Deal with the other dept in order to solve issues
- Manage customer master data
- Manage samples distribution activity (delivery, reconciliation)
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- Strong e written communication skills
- Empathy for the customer situation and listening Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to identify existing deficiencies in operating process.
- Customer service orientation; data collection and ordering
- Good analytic skills and accuracy in daily work
- Familiarity with electronic referencing databases required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle.
Offering:
Fixed Term Contract until 31/12/2020, CCNL Chimico, gross salary 28-35k.
Based Milan.
