We are looking for a young entrepreneurial graduate to join the HR Department of an important for an important multinational in the home and personal care sector.
The candidate will support the HR Business Partner team for Sales & Marketing.
What the role entails:
• Recruiting (job posting, CV screening, feedback to the business line)
• Onboarding and pre-onboarding for all New Hires
• Organization of training programs
• Support to the HR Manager with reporting activities on new hires, job rotations, vacancies using SAP Success Factors
• Involvement in internal communication activities
• Creation of visual contents for the HR team using Canva and Power Point
• Constant interaction with internal stakeholders and business managers to support them with Recruitment and talent management
• Bringing your fresh perspective into the team!
The perfect candidate:
• A proactive and brilliant young graduate, willing to start a career in HR
• A degree in Business, Management, or Psychology with a focus on HR
• A work or study experience abroad
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Knowledge of French will be preferred
• A short experience in HR will be considered a plus
• Solid knowledge of Office package
• A creative mind
• A proactive, go-getter attitude and a predisposition to strategic thinking
