Our Financial Advisory Services practice is rapidly growing and has an opening in the Milan office for a Transaction Services Senior Analyst. In this position you will play a key role within the firm and with the client to produce a deliverable exceeding their expectations and consistent with Mazars’ global standards.

You will improve your skills in an international and young environment, that manages and promotes MOVE programs in all the Mazars Countries, training and workshop abroad, an internal e-learning platform for technical and soft skills courses. You will be supported with on the job training in a company that concretely gives importance to a flexible approach focused on goals and to your work-life balance with a structured smartworking policy.

What will you do?

With a dedicated focus on Financial Due Diligence to advise buyer/seller on negotiations you will:
Prepare and deliver high standard quality Financial Due Diligence reports (English and Italian)
Manage international and local clients and targets
Interact with tax, legal and labour Due Diligence team members in order to have a 360° view on the projects, key matters and risks

·       Assist in identifying risks and issues related to integration planning, timelines, and functional areas
Manage the relationship and information flow between Mazars and the various parties to a transaction (client, target, investment banker, attorney) as well as with other Mazars affiliates during cross-border transactions.
Support junior staff with Partners' guidelines
Write articles on specialized newspapers

Flexibility is an important asset for us, so the candidate will be involved in Corporate Finance projects as well in order to extend his skills and knowledge.

What are we looking for?
At least 3-4 years of experience in Transaction Services
Good team player and time management effective
Italian native (or fluent) and proficiency in spoken and written business English
Availability to travel for work in Italy and abroad
Self-starter with good level of initiative, open minded
Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
