A Wealth Management Assistant - Maternity Cover

You will be working in the Client Service & Specialist team in Milan, and, in the Fiduciaria department you will
• support Account Manager in delivering client service and experience
• be focused on the execution of client queries or instructions, payments, etc.
• assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
• support with documentation for client meetings, business trips and other Account Manager activities
• collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
The candidate we are looking for has
• financial services or fiduciary services experience, ideally within a client facing team
• unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
• team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
• works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
• fluency in English

We offer a fixed term contract, maternity cover
