Workforce Planning & Analytics

This job understands and supports the business needs of the company and its stakeholders in making human capital decisions and in managing employees.

 The incumbent works with senior staff and business leaders on workforce analytics and planning projects; determines what data is useful to the stakeholders - gathering and analyzing that data; and participates in development and maintenance of such materials as staffing models, metrics, reports, presentations, and dashboards.

The incumbent collaborates with technology partners regarding the use of systems, programs, software and other tools associated with workforce planning and analytics.

 Ensures monthly and quarterly the internal and external HR group reporting timely and accurate;
Provide support for the development of country reviews, Budget – Actuals - Forecast, related to staffing and organization sizing;
Prepare and analyze data related to the workforce in order to support staffing decisions. Understand the Company’s strategic and operating plans, cost targets, and workforce utilization requirements;
Support the design and implementation of KPI’s that serve as catalysts for change by helping leaders and managers make data-driven decisions about their workforce (e.g., headcount demographics, staffing efficiencies, engagement and risk-of-leaving for high performers, effectiveness of hiring processes,  ..);
Partner with IT to assess and continuously improved the Reporting tools and develop automated solutions and systems, programs, software to support the above processes;
Participate in ad-hoc projects per the direction of Leadership.


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Statistics or related degree;
Experience of study abroad;
Fluency in English.


2 - 3 years in Workforce Planning or similar roles;
Strong ability on managing numbers.

Experience of Data Analytics, Capacity Planning or Staffing Models experience;
Exposure to filling technical roles or developing technical skills;
Knowledge of technical tracks for IT related roles;
Advanced excel and IT Systems (SAP, Hyperion, Qlikview).

HR Policies, Standards and Procedures;
Human Resources Consulting;
Influence and Persuasion;
Collaborative Problem Solving;
Written & Oral Presentation Skills.
