We are looking for a Digital Account Manager who, together with our team, will manage the customer and project management relationship and will be responsible for activity planning and results achievement shared with the customer, creation and presentation of documents/reports for marketing, and upselling activities in accordance with brand requirements.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Managing the customer relationship
• Researching and planning digital strategies to respond to customer demands
• Preparing and presenting progress reports for various projects
• Assessing the effectiveness of digital campaigns

Skills required:
• At least 3/4 years of experience in managing Digital projects for medium to large customers in digital agencies or media centres.
• Excellent knowledge of Web Marketing, SEO, Data Analysis and Media Advertising sectors
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Data Visualization tool to represent digital KPIs (preferred)
• Media platforms like Doubleclick, Adform, Sizmek (preferred)
• A Degree is preferred in Communication and Marketing, IT or Humanities

• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and written and oral presentation skills
• Precise, curious and proactive
• Passionate about the internet
• Able to work in a team
