Your role will cover all generalist aspects of HR with a heavy focus on recruiting
Main Responsibilities:
Source candidates by using social media
Write and post job descriptions
Evaluate and screen resumes
Conduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews
Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
Requirements:
Hands on experience (at least 2 years) with head hunting of IT profiles
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
Fluent English (at least B2 Level written/spoken)
Excellent communicational skills
Familiarity with HR databases
Fluent Italian
Avaibility to business trip in Romania and USA
Romanian or Moldavian mother tongue
