Randstad HR Solutions, a consulting company of Randstad Italia specialized in the field of training services, in collaboration with Ventana Serra - Arcese Group, a company of the Arcese specialized in the international shipping sector, is looking for Junior Sales Representative, to place in the offices of Basiano (MI), Vicenza (VI), Bologna (BO) and/ or Rivalta (TO) through an on-the-job training program.
Responsabilità
In the role of Junior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Managing commercial development within the area of ??competence
• Take care and maintain the existing customer portfolio
• Prepare estimates and commercial offers
• Coordinate with internal support figures (ex: Inside Sales) and with other branches of the area, particularly in cases of customer acquisition outside their area of ??expertise
• Respect the KPIs and contribute to the strategic planning of commercial actions within the branch to which they belong
What is a Talent Program?
The role of Junior Sales Representative provides for a 12-month development path structured in:
• On-the-job training for the acquisition of specific commercial techniques and tools
• Internal transfers to promote knowledge of the core business
• Periodic follow-up moments with the managers

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in human/ technical or scientific areas
? Fluent English, both written and spoken
