Master Data Specialist

We are looking for a MASTER DATA for a famous brand of a multinational company.The position is responsible for ensuring accuracy and correct data we handle in the system about
our clients and products, meaning customer cards, commercial terms & conditions, items, pricelist,
etc., in each working period and supports every task related to the entire unit behind the activity.
Also supports and seeks improvements within the Supply Chain department.The priority of this role is to guarantee a high level of accuracy database and to
ensure the correct execution of the entire workflow.
It operates within the Supply Chain department and performs in cooperation with Customer Service,
Logistic, Planning and SC development teams.
Furthermore, the Master data specialist gives support to all the other departments (Sales, Marketing,
and Finance) for the development of new strategies and their application to the systems. KEY RESPONSABILITIES• Creation of new accounts and items in the system as well as maintaining the database updated after ensuring that all the necessary information and documents are correctly received and filed in a digital archive.
• Give an active consultancy in projects and collaborate with other departments on Master Data
topics by aligning with the relevant stakeholders.
• Seek and challenge existing (system) setups and documentations to optimize Customer
Service and Supply Chain processes.
• Continuous improvement of data quality and data management workflow processes to ensure
constant high quality of execution in accordance with the business processes.
• Assisting in the testing process (UAT) during the implementation of a new tools (FuturMaster,
CRM, ect.) or the development of new functionalities.
• Introduce and review all sales conditions in customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Give support to sales department on the segmentation process to improve knowledge of our
customers and improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Be responsible for the price list update and maintenance in the system.
• Update and assure the maintenance and completeness of all MD processes & procedures,
make them accessible in case of internal/external audit.MUST HAVE
- Fluent in Italian and English

Knowledge/Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position with a very strong customer service
component and data analyst.
• IT Literate (high level of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of NAV/SAP valuable
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
