Role Profile
The Network and security Operations Engineer forms a critical part of the Infrastructure Services Team within Borsa Italiana Technology [link] a Network and Security Operations Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the Infrastructure Engineering, Operations and Project Delivery to ensure
that our network achieves the desired levels of security, availability and performance. You will also contribute to driving Network performance and stability through defined roles and responsibilities in line with SLA’[link] a resource within the team, you will have operational ownership and
accountability of all production services and there will be requirements to manage and resolve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities• Provide technical ownership and associated responsibilities for Borsa Italiana production services within Networks.• Provide network support to the teams.• Problem Management – troubleshooting and fault analysis, vendor and carrier interface and escalation.• Ownership of
recurring technical issues, ensuring that long term fixes are implemented to prevent any repeat failures• Post Incident Management – Review of major incidents and implement improved solutions• Project Engagement - Ensure solutions are Operationally fit for service as part of Handover• Security
Vulnerabilities Management – Regular reviews and actions to drive stability (upgrade/patching cycle management)• Capacity Reporting – regular reviews and actions to proactively drive stability• Changes implementation - application of config changes requested via our change control change systems and
processes ensuring best practice and standards compliance• Network Management Tooling – deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis and reporting tools• Firewalls rules implementation – implement and support troubleshooting for connectivity requests• Participate in a 24x7 on-call
rota.
Candidate Profile / Key Skills• Subject matter expert within the networking field but has broad understanding in other technical areas sufficient to contribute to broader more strategic discussions.• Experienced in the technical recovery of Network related Incidents.• Knowledge of Network Routing
and Switching• Knowledge of Cisco and Juniper technologies• Knowledge of Cisco and Juniper SDN and SDWAN technologies such as Cisco ACI and Juniper EVPN is a plus• Knowledge of Firewall technologies (Fortinet, ASA, Checkpoint) and VPN• Nice to have: knowledge of F5 Big-IP, LTM, GTM• Nice to have:
knowledge of Multicast technologies as used in financial sector• Knowledge of troubleshooting network hardware and have some familiar with server systems.• Knowledge of Internet and associated environments• Client management skills• Knowledge of Service Management processes.• Requires a demonstrated
ability to establish congenial work relationships and to communicate effectively.• Some knowledge of Network Automation and scripting is a huge plus.

Trattamento economico:
* Contratto commercio (14 mensilità), a tempo determinato, stipendio netto mensile da € 2800 a € 3200,in base alla seniority.
* Partita IVA, con tariffa giornaliera da € 300 a € 340 + iva, in base alla seniority.
La durata del contratto saràallineata a quella del progetto.
