Ali Professional, Business Unit of Ali SpA, specialized in Head Hunting for Middle and Top Management profiles, is supporting a world-leading brand in the continuity and collections market, with publishing products. We are looking for
Goal of the position: to maxime profit of new and running products in the Italian market, in the female and male segment;
Individual Goal: managing for each assigned project (either original development or localization of existing products): P&L, marketing (including media & promotion), for both retail and subs;
Main Activities:
Support management in launch decision: through market analysis (competitors and new trends), P&L structure (economic sustainability);
Define comprehensively the marketing mix of the products (product description, pricing policy, promotions, advertising: creativity and media);
Interact with all the other teams involved, especially New Project Editors, Subscription, Controllers, Production and Distribution;
Monitoring the products launched: sales check to adjust retention curve, implement strategies in order to prevent retention loss (gifts for subs/change in the plan of the opera);
Line Manager: Marketing Director.
Academic background: Economic and Business Management, Statistics, mathematics;
Years of experience: 3 years;
Target Companies: Mass Market or Publishing;
Specific Skills: High Computer skills (MS Office, mainly excel), Oracle as BI (SQL);
Soft skills:
Ability to work in a team;
Strong capacity for analytic analysis, creative, proactive, success-oriented and skilled at finding and implementing solutions;
Strong sense of responsibility;
Proven communication skills, oral and written;
Negotiation skills.
