The Role:
• Assist in organizing and managing the site execution of the project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the Site Manager in administration and management of site.
• Plan and follow the site execution time schedule and progress.
• Ensure good reporting practices and provide site progress reports.
• Assist in planning and implementation of site work procedures.
• Establish and keep up the site archive system.
• Participate in the local purchasing.
• Participate in site meetings.
• Maintain site cost follow up.
• Prepare and assist in site documentation and communication.
• Participate in organizing the safe work procedures and security at the site.
• Highlight the economical and cost saving working procedures.
• Maintain good customer relations at site.
• Safeguard the compliance with Quality and HSSE policies and minimize risks at site execution.
Work zone: East Milan.
