- Hands on troubleshooting experience in Enterprise LAN, WAN environment, security infrastructures
- Technical subject matter expertise on Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewalls
- Technical expertise with routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and switching(VLAN, Trunking, Dot1x, various flavors of STP) protocols
- Good knowledge of security technologies: understanding on IPSec, VPNs, NAT/PAT over varied platforms
Experience of working on IP networks, troubleshooting would be preferred
Responsabilità
- Remote management of Network-Security Operations (incident and change management)
- Level 2 and Level 3 support for Incident Management / ticket resolution
- Planning and Perform upgrade of network and security equipment
- Project delivery: configuration and deployment of new networks
- Creation and execution of planning Change management process
- Performance tuning of network devices and creation
- Work with Telecommunication Service Providers to resolve escalated circuit problems to resolution
- Work with Hardware/Software Vendors to resolve problems

You are a Junior profile with an experience around 2-3 years, with a good knowledge on Routing and Switching (Cisco) and Experience on dynamic routing and BGP.
Training and certifications:
CCNA (Cisco), CCNP (Cisco), PCNSA (Palo Alto) desirable.
Vendor competence: Cisco ASA, Palo Alto firewall, F5 Load balancer
Excellent level of English and Italian that will allow you to work in an international environment and discuss with our partners, clients and vendors located in different countries.
