We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with dutch for an international outsourcing company that provides integrated services in Customer Service, E-Commerce, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Printing, Loyalty.
Successful candidates will be hired at the international contact center managing inbound and outbound telephone activities with the aim of providing information to customers and managing customers by multiple channels of communication.
Required skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
Excellent Dutch (or C1 level); recommended French (min B2)
Attention to details, reliability and decision-making attitude
Strong customer focus with the ability to deal empathetically with customers
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (strong ability to communicate effectively via telephone and email)
Team working
We offer a 6/12 month-contract that can be extended with annual gross income of 20/23 k euros.
Place of work: Milano (Maciachini), possibility of remote working
Opening hours are between Monday and Friday , 8 hours a day
